By booking an appointment, course, or coaching session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Salon Services Terms & Conditions 

Bookings & Payments

• All salon appointments require a £15 non-refundable booking fee, payable at the time of booking through the Jena App.

• The remainder of the treatment cost is payable on completion of the appointment via bank transfer only (no cash).

• Card payments may be accepted via Stripe; processing fees may apply.

• The booking fee can be transferred to an alternative date if you cancel with 48 hours or more notice.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. The booking fee will not be refunded.

Patch Test & Allergies

• Patch tests are mandatory for all brow, lash, and related treatments 48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test is not completed in time, the treatment will not go ahead, and no waiver can be signed.

• Dermaplane treatments do not require a patch test, but you must inform us of any allergies to products used (e.g., coconut oil, serums, creams).

Liability & Safety

• Natalie Reay Nails and Beauty Academy takes every care to provide safe, professional treatments.

• By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge that the salon cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or allergies, provided all instructions and patch tests have been followed.

Repair Policy

• Repairs are free if requested within 24 hours of the treatment.

• Repairs requested after 24 hours are chargeable.

2. Academy Terms & Conditions

Course Bookings & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking via the website (Klarna is available at checkout).

• Courses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Students may reschedule once, but must give notice as soon as possible.

Course Requirements

• All in person accredited courses require models. This will be communicated in the course details.

• Gold foil certificates are given on the day for accredited courses. Masterclasses and nail art workshops receive a standard certificate.

• Online courses will be available soon; students will be notified when accessible.

Liability

• Natalie Reay Nails and Beauty Academy provides professional training and guidance.

• Students acknowledge that results depend on their own effort, practice, and implementation. The academy cannot be held responsible for individual outcomes or business results.

3. Coaching Terms & Disclaimer

Booking & Payment

• Coaching sessions (e.g., “Confidence Behind the Desk” and “Nail Tech Accelerator”) are conducted via Zoom.

• Clients book and pay online, then receive a link via email to choose a suitable date using Calendly.

• Clients may reschedule as much notice as possible; the coach is not responsible for finding alternative times if late notice is given.

Disclaimer & Responsibility

• Coaching sessions provide advice, guidance, and strategies.

• You are responsible for taking action on the advice given; the coach cannot implement changes for you.

• Natalie Reay Nails and Beauty Academy does not provide mental health, medical, or legal advice. Coaching is for nail business and professional development purposes only.

• The academy is not liable for any business, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from coaching.

4. General Terms

• Natalie Reay Nails and Beauty Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Clients and students are responsible for checking the latest version of these T&Cs before booking.

• All bookings are made under the trading name: Natalie Reay Nails and Beauty Academy.

• Any disputes will be governed by UK law.

5. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Natalie Reay Nails and Beauty Academy Terms & Conditions, including payments, cancellations, patch tests, course and coaching rules, and liability disclaimers.
